Through
a series of workshops with the public, the City has developed
a recommended land use plan and a recommended set of updated
goals and
policies. The City has released the public review draft of the updated General Plan (January 2009).

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
The Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR No. 1815-09) was prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the general plan in accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act. The City invites you to comment on the Environmental Impact Report. The public review period begins on February 13, 2009 and ends on March 30, 2009. Written comments must be received in the offices of the City of Orange Planning Division at:
