Commission Public Hearings

Due to the complexity of the project, multiple Planning Commission hearings were held. The Planning Commission made a recommendation to the City Council that will be discussed further at the City Council Public Hearings.
City Council Public Hearings
The City Council will be meeting to discuss the updated General Plan and its Environmental Impact Report (EIR). These meetings are expected to lead towards adoption of the General Plan and certification of the EIR. The meetings are scheduled as follows:
- January 26, 2010 – 7 p.m.
- February 9, 2010 – 7 p.m.

A joint City Council/Planning commission study session was held to review the status
of the General Plan update and key issues including the Land Use Alternatives, open
space, trails and creek policies, and EIR alternatives in preparation of releasing
the document for public review in early summer.
