Prior
to the Comprehensive General Plan Update, the
City of Orange is processing a
General Plan Amendment that incorporates
goals and policies related to East Orange, reflecting
significant
revisions to the East Orange General Plan.
The
Draft General Plan Amendment for East Orange
(also known as the Draft Integrated General Plan),
as well as the associated Draft Environmental
Impact Report (EIR) are now available for public
