Officers
CEO Joe Brown is EDAW's guiding visionary, chief spokesperson, and executive officer. In addition to developing and implementing plans, policies, strategies, and budgets, Joe is responsible for the embodiment of leadership values; cultivation of EDAW's corporate culture; and inspiring a diverse group of professionals to set the mark in the land-based professions.

President Jason Prior shares the responsibility of running the firm with CEO Joe Brown. Serving in this post from London, Jason focuses on leading EDAW’s organizational structure and operations, and in advancing the firm's practices worldwide.

CFO Dana Waymire is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of financial and accounting system controls and standards for all US and international offices. Additionally, she works with the senior management team to assess business risks and develop procedures to ensure that EDAW meets its fiduciary responsibilities.
